วารสารมีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการส่งบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์ โดยบทความภาษาไทยมีค่าธรรมเนียม บทความละ 4,000 บาท และบทความภาษาอังกฤษมีค่าธรรมเนียม บทความละ 6,000 บาท วารสารไทยคดีใช้การประเมินคุณภาพบทโดยใช้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่เชี่ยวชาญแบบปกปิด 2 ฝ่าย รายละเอียดและเนื้อหาที่ปรากฏ ถือเป็นความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวและความรับผิดชอบเฉพาะของผู้เขียน ไม่จำเป็นต้องตรงกับความคิดเห็นหรือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของคณะบรรณาธิการผู้จัดทำ นอกจากนี้ บทความที่ประสงค์จะตีพิมพ์ลงในวารสารไทยคดีศึกษาต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ที่กองบรรณาธิการชี้แจงไว้ในจรรยาบรรณต่อการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ของผู้เขียนบทความอย่างเคร่งครัด

The Journal of the Thai Khadi Research Institute is an academic journal published twice a year (1st issue January – June, 2nd issue July – December). It aims to promote research and disseminate research articles, academic articles and book reviews on Thai studies focusing on social science, humanities, political science, history, religion, art and culture. 

The Journal of Thai Khadi Research Institute has implemented an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 4,000 baht for a Thai article and 6,000 baht for an English article. This journal uses double-blinded peer review. Views and opinions expressed in this journal are not necessarily those of the editors or editorial board, but are of individual contributors. Additionally, all articles submitted to this journal must strictly follow the instructions for AI use, which the editorial team has declared in the ‘Ethical Code of Conduct of Authors’ section.
